Patient portal setup will be done at the time of making the new patient appointment. The access link will be received by email and expires in 7 days. If a new link is needed, please contact me via email Rogalski2828@gmail.com.
Using the Patient Portal
Patient portal access will be established for all active patients. Patients can communicate with Dr. Rogalski by sending a message through the secure patient portal. The patient portal is a part of the electronic health record and can be used for non-urgent messages. I will respond to messages in 1-2 business days. The patient portal also serves as an important means to distribute and complete rating scales to aid in diagnostic assessment and/or follow progress throughout treatment. Assigned rating scales should be completed prior to scheduled appointments in order to best integrate this information at the time of the session.
